For years I lived and breathed all things photography. I taught workshops, spoke at a conference, wrote for large photography blogs. I loved it all. I loved documenting families and being in business and the hustle. Until I didn’t. Sometime after my husband started traveling more for work, I became less interested. I slowly stopped taking clients, slowly stopped documenting my every day life. I got to the point I was burned out on all of it. I spent most of 2018 taking snapshots with my iPhone instead of pulling out my big camera!
But slowly, I’m starting to pick it up more. Below are my personal projects, mostly of my kids, from the times that the spirit moves me and creativity shows itself through my lens.
